About Us
The Lakes at Pheasant Run is the Chowchilla office of Sherman and Boone Real Estate. Founders Robin Sherman and Martin Boone, began their real estate business in Capitola, California in 1976 with a vision and continue to participate in the company’s operations to this day. With building long-term relationships their primary goal, credibility and reputation have been the cornerstone attributes of the firm.
Innovation and entrepreneurship have propelled Sherman and Boone into all branches of real estate – residential, commercial, property management, development and relocation – as well as into new markets – like Chowchilla.
The Lakes at Pheasant Run sales office was opened in September of 2002 to market real estate surrounding the beautiful Pheasant Run Golf Club. Beginning with homesites in Kayla’s Kove and Vista del Lago, the office progressed one year later to opening the sales office and model complex in The Cascades. Building on the success at The Cascades, The Lakes at Pheasant Run added The Villas sales office one year later in November 2004.
In the fall of 2006 with construction of our permanent Chowchilla home underway and scheduled for completion in Spring 2007, The Lakes at Pheasant Run has satellite offices at The Lakes RV and Golf Resort, at Granite Falls, and downtown Chowchilla.

Roxanne is a resident at the Villas and loves Greenhills as well as Chowchilla for its small town atmosphere and history. She has been very active in the community since she first arrived. Nancy grew up in the Santa Barbara area and has lived by the coast for almost 30+ years. Nancy and her husband settled in beautiful Chowchilla almost 4 years ago.

Suzanne resides in the beautiful gated community of Greenhills Estates in Chowchilla since 2005. Prior to becoming an agent with Sherman & Boone in 2004, Suzanne was a loan officer in the mortgage industry since 1994. As a realtor in Chowchilla, Suzanne is the Marketing and Sales Director of The Lakes RV & Golf Resort which opened April, 2006. In addition to her position at the resort, Suzanne’s area of expertise includes newly constructed homes, listings and resales for lakefront and golf course property. Tom DuBose has resided in Chowchilla, CA since 1984. He and his wife Lisa have son Dillon, age 14. A graduate of Fresno State in 1980, Tom played for the Fresno State Bulldogs. Tom successfully owned and operated for 25 years DuBose/Kopshever.

Charlene Espinola
Charlene has resided in Chowchilla since 1970 and has seen the many changes in the town and its history. She and her husband Marvin have three wonderful children and one perfect grandson.
